I am Feeling Pretty Good on a Tuesday Night

This post is about my experience attempting: Say Hello to HTML Elements

I didn't intend for the background and font to copy over but it did, so I will leave that lesson name unless it is unreadable later on.

For now just know copy and paste does copy everything.

Step by step instructions are really good, I am new here but I feel  right at home.

Learning about HTML elements. FreeCodeCamp's HTML coding challenges. the embeded code editor is a nice touch. I just learned about opening tags and closing tags and what makes them different from each other.

This is the first code problem and I feel so happy to see the help tab,

and I'm not going to lie, this site has blown me away with the depth to the choices you have to get help, I clicked the first one and it actually explains what is going on...Im used to people saying "just read the damn book newbie" or "programming is just hard to explain, do a bunch of tutorials and one day you'll get it."

These people know their stuff, I can always tell when someone is full of it, and FreeCodeCamp passes the smell thus far.

So I clicked get a hint and it sends me to a forum link within FreeCodeCamp.

Yeah, this is an official challenge guide with problem explanation, and a breakdown to the sub element level! Impressive to say the least.

And I just earned my first badge. I really feel it to, this hits you in the feels, feels good man, feels good.

Watch a video, for visual learners and those who like to learn by listening. The instructor sounds very knowledgeable and happy. The entire challenge is gone over, and then a huge spoiler alert is given then the answer, but I clicked off because I want to learn dang it.

The final option is ask for help, this was the opposite in school for me growing up we were told "there is no such thing as a dumb question." This option is last for a reason, it teaches us newbies to read about our problems and search for solutions respecting and saving everyone time.

I have mad respect for FreeCodeCamp.org right now. I'm wondering how something so difficult can be explained so well, for free!?

The answer I leave to you friends, as for me, see below.

Yeah I do got this, you beautiful site. I am totally amazed right now. I love it when systems are done right. It's like playing a game that runs really smooth and fast on your pc vs a slow badly programmed buggy mess.

We should all strive to be like FreeCodeCamp.org.

See you on the next one!

P.S.
I just bought a foldable bed desk because I find myself doing these challenges before I go to sleep. If you want to see or buy one too, go here* insert link here reminder.

I like it so far, this is my first time using it though, and I  use it with my phone not a laptop so there is that.

I will finish this tomorrow when I get on the computer.

Thank you for the support everyone.
